Summary

A short act that provides the Government with the power to create new districts and alter the limits of existing districts in Bangladesh.

Sections

Power to create new Districts

It shall be lawful for the Government, by notification in the official Gazette, to create new districts in any part of Bangladesh.

Power to alter district limits

Government may, from time to time, alter the limits of the existing districts in any part of Bangladesh.
